Logan Express runs fixed routes (Braintree, Back Bay, Woburn, Framingham,
Peabody). If you’re not near a terminal stop, it means extra transfers with
luggage. We pick you up at your front door.

Where to Meet Your Driver at Each Logan Terminal

Logan has four terminals — A, B, C, and E — and each has its own designated limo stand set by Massport. Your chauffeur will text you the exact spot and a photo of the car once they’re on site, but here’s what to expect at each terminal so you know where to head after you grab your bags.

Terminal A — Delta and Delta-affiliated flights

Take the escalator or elevator down to the Arrivals (lower) level. Exit through Door A102, cross the two traffic lanes, and walk to the limo stand in the lot directly across from the curb. Look for the purple “Limos” signs.

Terminal B — American, United, Southwest, JetBlue, Alaska, Spirit

Pickup here was relocated and is now on the Departures (upper) level, curbside in the horseshoe between Doors B-205 and B-208. After baggage claim, take the elevator up one level and exit through any of those doors — your driver will be parked along the outside curb.

Terminal C — JetBlue and select international carriers

Terminal C pickup is not at the curb — it’s in the Central Parking Garage. After baggage claim, take the elevator up to Level 3, cross the skywalk bridge into Central Parking, then take the elevator down to Ground Level (G). Walk to the first curbside limo stand. Allow yourself an extra 5 minutes — it’s the longest walk of the four terminals.

Terminal E — All international arrivals

Follow the purple “Limos” signs and exit through Door E107. Limo stand is at Surface Lot E, Lot 2 (Massport relocated it from the original spot in August 2025). Chauffeur is allowed up to 60 free minutes of waiting time on international arrivals, so you have plenty of time for clearing Customs and need not to hurry.

A quick note on Massport rules

Chauffeurs wait at the assigned limo stand as they are not allowed inside the terminals. Massport also limits waiting time, that’s why we check your actual landing and not your scheduled landing.
