Luxury Wedding Transportation in Boston

Your wedding day should feel effortless from the moment you step out the door. At Boston Skyline Limo, we handle the transportation so you and your guests can focus on what really matters.

We’ve been driving Boston brides, grooms, and wedding parties for years, and we know how much depends on getting every ride right. The car has to arrive early. The chauffeur has to be sharp, polite, and dressed for the occasion. The vehicle has to be spotless inside and out. And the timing has to match your day down to the minute.

Whether you need a single luxury sedan for the bride and groom or a full fleet to move your entire wedding party, we put together a transportation plan that fits your venues, your timeline, and your budget.

A Sample Wedding-Day Timeline

Here is how transportation usually fits across an afternoon wedding. Your day will look different. We build the plan around your venues and your schedule, not a template.

TimeMomentTransportation
12:30 PMGetting readyFirst vehicle stages at the hotel for the couple and immediate family.
1:30 PMWedding party to ceremonyAn SUV or van moves the bridal party to the venue.
2:00 PMCouple to ceremonyThe couple arrives last, on time, unhurried.
3:00 PMPhotosThe driver stays on call for any off-site photo stops.
4:30 PMGuests to receptionA shuttle runs guests from the hotel or ceremony to the reception.

Which Vehicle Fits Each Part of the Day

Different parts of a wedding call for different vehicles. Here is how we usually match them.

  • The couple. A luxury sedan or a stretch limousine. Wide doors and room in the back seat matter when there is a gown to manage.
  • The wedding party. An SUV (up to [6]) or a luxury van (up to [7]). Keeps bridesmaids and groomsmen together and on schedule.
  • Parents and close family. A second sedan or SUV, so they travel comfortably and arrive on their own timing.
  • Guests. A Sprinter shuttle (up to [14] per run). Moves people between hotel, ceremony, and reception without a parking scramble.
  • Out-of-town arrivals. A sedan or SUV for Logan and regional airport pickups, with flight tracking so no one is left waiting.

What Goes Into Your Wedding Quote

We quote a flat, all-inclusive rate. A few things shape the number.

  • Hours booked. Most weddings run on hourly service, so the length of your day is the biggest factor.
  • Number of vehicles. One car for the couple costs less than a full fleet with guest shuttles.
  • Distance to your venues. A downtown wedding is different from Cape Cod, Newport, or the Berkshires. Long trips include travel time.
  • Season. May through October is peak in New England. Popular dates book early and price accordingly.
  • Vehicle class. A sedan, a limousine, and a Sprinter van each carry a different rate.

Tell us your date and venues and we will put exact numbers in writing. No meter, no surge.

Getting to the Harder Venues

Some of the region’s best wedding venues take planning to reach. Here is what we handle.

  • The Wauwinet, Nantucket. The island means a ferry. We coordinate timing on both sides so cars and guests connect.
  • Castle Hill Inn, Newport. A scenic drive down to Rhode Island. We build the travel time into the schedule so no one arrives rushed.
  • Wentworth by the Sea, New Castle NH. A coastal run up to New Hampshire. We track the route and the seacoast traffic.
  • Willowdale Estate, Topsfield. A rural North Shore property with a single approach. We stage vehicles so loading stays smooth.
  • Tower Hill Botanic Garden, Boylston. West of the city near Worcester. We plan around the drive from the Boston hotels.

Wherever you are getting married, we map the route before the day so the timing holds.

No two weddings look the same. When you reach out, we’ll go through your full wedding day and put together a custom proposal. Most couples book one of three setups:

  • The Essentials – One luxury vehicle for the bride and groom, plus a second vehicle for the bridal party. Best for smaller weddings or couples who only need point-to-point transportation.
  • The Full Day – Multiple vehicles covering the bridal party, parents, and key family members for the entire day.
  • The Full Wedding Logistics – Everything above plus guest shuttles, airport transfers, and rehearsal dinner rides. We become your transportation team for the whole weekend.

Boston Wedding Transportation – Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should we book our wedding transportation?

We recommend booking 6 to 9 months out, especially for weddings between May and October. That said, if your date is closer, call us anyway – we often have availability and can put something together quickly.

Do you charge by the hour or by the trip?

For weddings, we recommend hourly service. It gives you flexibility if the ceremony runs long, photos take extra time, or the schedule shifts. For simple point-to-point rides (like a honeymoon airport transfer), we offer flat-rate pricing.

Can we decorate the car?

Yes. Ribbons, signs, “Just Married” décor – all welcome. We just ask that nothing be attached with adhesives or anything that could damage the paint or interior.

What happens if our wedding runs longer than planned?

No problem. If you go over your booked hours, we stay with you and bill the additional time at your hourly rate. Your chauffeur won’t leave you stranded.

Do you provide transportation for guests, or just the wedding party?

Both. We handle bridal party and guest transportation, airport transfers for out-of-town guests, and rehearsal dinner rides. Many of our couples book a complete transportation package for the whole weekend.

Is gratuity included in the price?

Standard gratuity is included in your flat quote. If you’d like to tip your chauffeur extra for great service, that’s always appreciated but never expected.

What if my flight or my guest’s flight is delayed?

We track flights in real time. If a flight is late, your chauffeur waits at no extra charge. If it’s early, we’re there waiting.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Wedding deposits are generally non-refundable once the contract is signed, but full details are included in your written agreement. We’ll go over everything before anything is finalized.

Do you serve venues outside of Boston?

Yes. We regularly drive wedding parties to Cape Cod, Newport, the Berkshires, southern New Hampshire, and Maine. Long-distance pricing includes travel time, which we’ll explain in your quote.

Will the same chauffeur drive us all day?

For most weddings, yes. We assign one dedicated chauffeur per vehicle for the day. For longer wedding weekends, we may split shifts – but you’ll always know in advance.

How can I Book a Wedding Transportation?

Three ways to reach us – pick whichever works for you:
